This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Isles Travel Ltd ("Luxe Isles", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

Luxe Isles Travel Ltd is a company registered in Pakistan (Registration No. KHI-2014-08847) with our registered office at Block 5, Clifton, Karachi 75600, Pakistan. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through our website and services.

Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luxe Isles Travel Ltd. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking. Making a deposit payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by telephone, email, or in person. References to "you" and "your" mean the lead passenger and all members of the travelling party. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Luxe Isles Travel Ltd.

Deposits & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm a booking and secure your dates
  • The balance is due 60 days before departure. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit
  • For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Card payments may incur a processing fee of up to 2.5%
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Currency fluctuations do not affect confirmed bookings

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. The date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.

Cancellations by Luxe Isles

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund, a rescheduled trip, or an alternative itinerary of equivalent value.

Liability

Luxe Isles acts as an agent in arranging travel services provided by independent suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. While we take every care in selecting and vetting suppliers, we cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers.

  • Our liability to you is limited to the total cost of your booking
  • We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is your responsibility to obtain

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
